Join me for a unique 6 week interactive experience to ease you along your path to successful meditation. With the absolute beginner in mind, you will learn how meditation works, the benefits, how to deal with distractions, and how to incorporate meditation into your daily life. We’ll look at the brain and meditation, different meditation techniques, hand mudras, mantras and traditional poses, and more!
Each class will be 1-1.5 hours in length.
Equipment: 1) yoga mat and / or meditation cushion - don't go buying one though! You can sit on any pillow, rolled/folded blankets or towels, you can sit in a chair!
2) Wear very comfortable clothing
3) have a water bottle handy and get ready to discover that you really can Meditate!
4) You may want to have a pen and paper available
